Mental Health Workshop: Anxiety

Whether it’s surviving the semester, a packed subway commute, dynamics with our family and friends, or trying to navigate the pandemic, studying during this time can be challenging! There are so many ways that we hold stress in our bodies, especially as Asian American/Pacific Islanders (AAPIs). In this session, we’ll discuss the ways our bodies might be calling for care and try some simple practices that we can implement almost anywhere on a daily basis, to reset and soothe our nervous systems.
