Many AAPIs identify as Bicultural, being both family-centered and also individuals with their own plans and goals.  This workshop will focus on how to identify your strengths, and how to recognize imposter syndrome and stereotype threat.  Activities will include journaling, sharing in small groups, and a short meditation exercise at the end.
