Are you an incoming transfer student to Hunter College looking for support? Apply to become an HCAP Transfer Mentee!

The Transfer Pipeline Program provides peer mentorship and a supportive community for incoming transfer students to Hunter. While open to all, this program focuses on Asian American and other first-generation college students who are transferring into Hunter from other CUNY community colleges. Applicants must be transfer students starting their first semester at Hunter College this Fall 2023.
