This summer, the AANAPISI Bridge Initiative (ABI) is hosting focus groups to better understand the diverse experiences of Asian and Asian American students.

Focus Group Call: Married South Asian American Women Students at BMCC

Do you identify as South Asian or South Asian American?

Are you a married student who identifies as a woman?

Are you a current BMCC student?

ABI seeks BMCC students who are married women who identify as South Asian or are from the broader South Asian American population for a guided discussion about their experiences as college students.

South Asian/South Asian Americans are people Did you, your parents, or your ancestors migrate from East Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia and/or West Asia?

Data from focus groups will be used to support efforts to educate campus partners and may be used in broader research publications addressing the particular experiences of this population at community colleges. All data will be anonymized before being made public.
