In celebration of AANAPISI week, we reached out to students in our community to share why they support AANAPISI programs like the BMCC-Hunter AANAPISI Bridge Initiative (ABI). As a student at BMCC, Nabil Shah supported and spoke at ABI’s community event screening of the film, “In Search of Bengali Harlem.” He also participated in our creative writing seminars led by writer Bushra Rehman. Nabil recently transferred to Hunter, and is currently a transfer mentee in our Transfer Pipeline Program. Thank you, Nabil, for showing your support for AANAPISIs! 🎉
